What is your return policy?
For obvious sanitary reasons all purchases are final. If for some reason you are not satisfied please contact me to discuss options.
How long will it take to receive my items?
Once the payment is received the order will be packed up and shipped out no later than 1-2 business days. (excluding weekends and holidays)
How do I know the product is authentic MAC?
I encourage anyone interested in selling to check the MAC or MAC Pro site depending on the item and verify that it is an authentic product. If there is any question about an item that I offer free to contact me for information about the product.
How will my item pigment come packaged?
All pigments are put into a 5g jar with a black screw top lid. The jar will be sealed and the pigment will be labeled for your convenience with the product name.
Can you get a specific pigment for me to try?
Depending on the availability and the probability that the product will sell I would be happy to accommodate those requests. Please email me at [email protected] to let me know which pigment you would be interested in me offering. Please put pigment request in the subject line.
Do you sell full jars of pigments?
At this time I do not offer full size pigments. The reason for selling samples is to give access to pigments with a smaller price and product commitment, as well as offer products that may not be accessible to everyone. If you are interested in a full size pigment please contact me for pricing and product information. Be sure to let me know which color you are interested in purchasing.
